From 8-16 weeks. Some clients have great results in as little as 3-4 weeks. They’re on my site. It depends on where you are starting from in the program. I don’t over promise and under deliver so I usually recommend a longer prep time.

How does the online personal training work?
Online personal training clients get all the same tools that my in-person clients get – except they get a workout program for them to follow on their own instead of the personal training sessions. They still get a custom design nutritional plan and cardio assignment. Online training clients keep a diet and training diary and take weekly measurements to send to me which I review and make adjustments to the program as needed.
